Drivers with a "SunPass" are no better off as everyone is going through the same lanes, only now it's at a fraction of the speed.  Many commuters are reporting increased commute time in bumper-to-bumper traffic.  The system is reportedly not yet complete, let alone perfect, but that does little to improve the stress and aggravation drivers are currently facing.
